Will i always have the same house cleaner?

However, there may be occasional situations where your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or scheduling conflicts. In those cases, we’ll notify you in advance and send a trusted, equally qualified replacement to ensure your cleaning is completed on time.
